How long does it take for a kit to be sent to my email?

Instantly! Buyers will receive links to download their Digital products in the Thank You page of the Checkout, along with an emailed link that will last for 30 days. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received the email containing the download link, or contact me if you think there has been an issue with your order (Razzbeatsinfo@gmail.com).



Do I have to send the individual stems without the effects once i've purchased the mixing & mastering service?

Yes! Please ensure that you send the stems as dry wav files (bypass any effects you have on the sounds).



Do I have to have a paypal account to purchase a product or can I use my credit/debit card?

Yes you can! You can pay by debit/credit card following these steps, 1. When you're at the checkout menu, just continue to 'payment' and click 'continue to paypal' 2. Once you've reached the 'Log in to payal' page, you will see a grey box underneath it which says 'Pay with debit or credit card' 3. When you have chosen this, it will then bring you onto the guest checkout page which you can then enter your debit/credit card details along with your billing information and email address Note: Please ensure you also add your email address to the 'add notes to seller' field in your cart if you are paying by debit/credit card



Are you doing collabs?

ATM I am not doing collabs (unless I have collabed with you before or know you personally), but maybe in the future I will start a service for that.



Do you have any free products or services?

Yes I do! If you click on 'FREE KITS' under the 'PRODUCTS' dropdown menue, you will see my 2 free kits which are avalivalbe to everyone. I will also be starting a subscription service soon which will include exclusive, free products such as midi packs, samples and small drum kits which will not be up for sale on my site. Also you will receive promo codes as well as early access to my new products!
